Sources and methodology

Useful because
it shows its work.

The product is independent. Every directory and editorial surface separates sourced facts, self-reported claims, missing fields and user-supplied assumptions.

01

Organizer first

Race dates, venues, divisions and registration states come from organizer event, support and registration pages. Those pages always take precedence.

02

Branch-level evidence

Training records use first-party business and booking pages. A general equipment claim does not become an itemized machine claim.

03

Freshness travels

Every material record keeps a source URL and checked date. Missing publication, price or validity dates remain null.

04

Inference stays labelled

A business's affiliation statement is marked self-reported. Venue type and equipment are not inferred from a name or photograph.

05

US scope is enforced

Global or UK-only records are excluded from the product even when they match a HYROX or hybrid-fitness keyword.

06

The plan explains itself

My Training Plan keeps activity, goal and limiter as separate rules even though they appear as one profile sentence. Race category and height add standards and setup context only; weight supports reviewed load references. None of them score ability or predict eligibility.
